What comes out of the structural work

Seven products, built from the same work we do on a mandate: structure that holds. Each one solves a problem we had ourselves first.

Products

  • Delegate a mailbox to CI pipelines and agents without handing over the password.

A delegation layer in front of SMTP and IMAP. Pipelines and agents send and read through a narrowly scoped token and never see the mailbox credentials.

  • Saydrop

    Available

Dictation on the Mac, without the recording ever leaving the machine.

A local dictation app for macOS on Apple Silicon. Double-tap the hotkey, speak, tap again. The text lands in whichever app holds the cursor.

  • Workbench

    In production

Deadlines, milestones and merge requests across every GitLab project on one board.

A delivery workbench for GitLab. It indexes work across projects, groups and several GitLab instances and renders it as a kanban whose columns are rules.

  • Observability

    In production

Log noise becomes GitLab issues that close themselves again.

Central triage on top of Graylog. It clusters log events into incidents and keeps them in step with GitLab issues in both directions, under one shared label lifecycle.

  • Env Manager

    In development

Manage secrets centrally, without the server being able to read them.

Central management of environments and secrets. Encryption happens in the browser, the server stores opaque blobs only. A CLI drops the right .env into every checkout.

  • Content Machine

    In development

One blog article becomes thirty days of social media, with an approval step in between.

A production line for content. It ingests long-form articles, extracts the angles with Gemini, generates per-platform variants, routes them through approval and schedules a thirty-day rotation.

  • Depono

    In production

Put the invoice details in your PDFs to work and find your documents again, at work and at home.

Document management from Squibble. Depono reads invoice details from PDFs, keeps the originals in Zurich and runs today as a free learning pilot.

  • tasks

    Available

What is due in the next few days, across work, family and personal life.

Task management from Squibble. tasks shows every due task from separate workspaces on one page and takes new ones in the browser, in the terminal, through MCP or from an iPhone shortcut.
