What it is
Depono is Squibble’s document management, for everyday life and for business. A PDF or a scan is uploaded, Depono reads the invoice date, invoice number, the stated totals and the currency, and the values can be checked and corrected next to the original. Missing values stay blank instead of being calculated from other amounts. The checked details go into the spreadsheet already in use, and the documents can be assigned to customers and projects.
Where the data lives
The original files are stored with Amazon Web Services in the Zurich region. Recognition with Google Vertex AI in the EU is planned and will be enabled separately. Sign-in runs through WorkOS.
Where it stands
Depono runs as a free learning pilot. The personal and business plans are planned and cannot be booked yet. The workflow, prices and data processing are described in full on depono.squibble.ch.
